How do I register?
You can register when you arrive for your appointment. You will receive registration forms including history forms requiring you to provide your health history needed by the Radiologist for interpretation of your study. The information you provide is confidential and is protected under the Health Insurance Portability Act (HIPAA).

Kindly provide us with 24 hours notice for any cancellations and we will be happy to re-schedule your studies. We respect your time and will be as efficient as possible in completing your imaging studies. The length of time spent completing your studies depends on the complexity of your case as well as the complexity of others being imaged that day.
